I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer ever again. I ordered a new vehicle and there was a tear in the bumper and they refused to fix it even though I have a photo showing the tear was there when the vehicle was on their lot before I bought it. I had previously been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I was treated, they do not care about their customers , they just care about how much money they can make
Actually it's Matt Mazzei in Vacaville, suggests they've sent inquiry to Lakeport about transfer of USED Chevy Bolts to Lakeport, ....three requests have not responded.
I have dealt with Jon for several years. I have found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He always greets me by name which I find is very professional.
They did keep me informed of the repair status as much as possible and I was appreciative.

Everything was done that I requested and what was required for the mileage. My questions were answered in a professional manner.
The dealership stated the repair would take less than one and a half hours after over two hours the repair was not completed. I was forced to return to the dealership and wait again for close to two hours.

It's too early in the process to give you a review. Because I don't even know if the parts are here yet. Or when the truck will be done or is this supposed to be on my 2022 Jeep Compass?

The parts installed to my suv was overpriced…For a cabin filter it cost $240.. It should be covered by warranty since I bought the car brand new. You didn’t even offer to clean the filter and force us to replace it. We are experiencing financial hardship because the money used to pay for the filter are for our bills like water and electricity.
Not only did they get me in in a timely manner, but the vehicle was ready when promised. The scheduler, Leigh, took very good care of me, and was extremely fun.
The service was excellent and a lot faster than was expected. I was told it would take one hour and it took 15 minutes.
They were able to get me in on short notice snd did my brakes ina. Timely manner!

I thought everyone was really nice but I think it’s a vehicle is going to take over a month in the shop. You should get a few updates.. I had to call every time throughout that month to try and get an update. My truck is my main source of transportation cell it made things complicated.. I think they did a great job on the repair but it’s hard to recommend when things take that long to fix. Although other places could be backed up as well.
very polite and was able to resolve my vehicle's issue in a timely manor.
The check engine light was on, they never figured out what was wrong with it. Then the light reset itself. So nothing was ever fixed. They didn't charge me for it.

This review is specifically for the service department. I spoke with a wonderful gentleman named John about getting my front brake pads replaced. He was nice, polite, and got an appointment for me in under a week. When I took my vehicle in the customer service was good and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I even called and asked if I could come in at a later time that day and they were very accommodating. While they were doing the brake pads they noticed my rotors were bad too. I finally bought my first car! Orian was so helpful and understanding. After picking the white car and paperwork was started; I changed my mind and wanted the Silver one. When I asked if that would be ok. . he switched the cars like a flash of a camera. Lol. No problem was his response, after handing my the keys to My NEW Silver 🚗.! I love my car is all I can say. I phoned and visited many dealerships looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I received a lecture from the person answering the phone at this dealership for not shopping locally. After giving me a bid on a vehicle and not budging on the price I wonder how they stay in business at all.
